This notice explains what Jupiter Software & Engineering Solutions LLP (“JSES”, “we”) collects through this website, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

In short: we collect only the basic details needed to deliver the software and run the community, and we never sell, rent or trade your data to any third party.

What we collect

  • When you register to download Sutraatman: your full name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your organisation and role.
  • Automatically: the date you registered and confirmed your email, the software version and each completed download, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address used only to stop abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.
  • If you use the forum: your posts, replies and reports, and your display name.
  • Marketing consent: whether you agreed to receive product news, when, and where you gave or withdrew that consent.

Why we use it

  • To verify your email and deliver the software (needed to provide what you asked for).
  • To run the community forum and keep it free of spam and abuse (our legitimate interest in a safe community).
  • To send product news and release updates, only if you ticked the separate consent box. Registering never signs you up for marketing.
  • To understand how the software is used in aggregate, for example how many downloads each version has.

Who we share it with

  • Hostinger hosts this website and its email.
  • Brevo stores our contact list and sends marketing emails to people who agreed to receive them.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are filled in by people, not bots.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Your registration and account: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Download records: up to 24 months, then kept only as anonymous totals.
  • Consent records: as long as needed to prove that consent was given or withdrawn.
  • Forum posts: until you or a moderator remove them. If your account is deleted, your posts stay as “Former member” unless you ask us to remove them too.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the link in any marketing email or on the email preferences page. Withdrawing consent does not affect your account or downloads.
